Requires Swift 6

Almanac 0.10.0 uses Swift 6 language mode and requires a Swift 6 or newer toolchain.

• Swift's compiler checks the package and its tests under Swift 6 concurrency rules. Immutable event specifications have a checked Sendable conformance.
• The public astronomy API and calculations are unchanged. TypeScript and Kotlin consumers use the same API as 0.9.0.
• Slackwater's iOS consumer validation passed Debug and unsigned Release builds for the phone, watch, and both widget extensions, including watch hardware's arm64_32 architecture. All 170 selected sun, moon, eclipse, alert, and timeline integration tests passed.
