Lunar transits from December 1949

TypeScript, Swift, and Kotlin callers can use moonTransits for windows starting at 00:00 UTC on December 29, 1949. This covers the Greenwich lunar transit used as the origin for BSH tide predictions.

• All eight Greenwich crossings from December 29 through January 1 matched JPL Horizons in order and kind. The largest timing difference in TypeScript was 0.050 seconds. #105
