Tide-compensated depth

Adds tide-compensated depth from the vessel’s depth readings and Slackwater tide predictions (#180).

• Publishes depth relative to the station chart datum, LAT, and MLLW on every depth update.
• Publishes null for LAT or MLLW when the station lacks the datum information needed for conversion.
• Replays early depth readings once tide predictions are available.
• Builds automatically when installed directly from a Git branch.

Also includes dependency updates.

Validation: lint, build, Node tests, and browser tests passed in CI for the merged commit.
